Please contact us via email or call at (903) 877-3434 and we would be glad to schedule an appointment to come by to measure your cabinets and provide a free estimate for fabrication and installation of your countertops.  Our installed price varies based on the color you choose, edge detail, and the size of the project.

Color Selection

There are various color selections available for granite and natural stone.  Color selection for any project can be overwhelming.  That is why we recommend visiting our website to view some of our colors and/or scheduling an appointment to come view our slabs at our location.

Templating

Once a color has been selected and the bid has been accepted we will set up an appointment to template your job.  

Demolition (for remodeling)

You can request us to tear out the existing countertops for an additional fee. We will tear out and install new countertops the same day.  We do NOT provide plumbing or electrical services.

Sinks

All cut outs for drop in sinks are made on the job site.  Please have the sinks on the premises at the time of installation.  All undermount sinks have to be at our shop several days prior to install date.  All cut outs for undermount sinks are made in the shop.  (There is an additional charge for an undermount sink hole polish.)  

We do offer a selection of stainless steel sinks.  

Cook Top

Please have the cook top at the job site at the time of installation.

Faucet Holes

Faucet holes are made on the job site the day of installation.  Please let us know ahead of time if you need holes drilled for computer wires.

Seams

Seams will placed on long runs and are based on the size of the slabs, location of the sinks, dishwashers, cook top, and other variables.  We go to great lengths to minimize the number of seams.

Edges

We offer various types of edge details, you can view them on our edge detail selection form.  Note that the laminate edges have an additional fee and they are not represented on this form.  We will be glad to discuss other types of edge options that you may need.

Payment

A 50% payment is required at the time of confirmation of the project and the remaining balance is due upon completion.

Sealing

We seal all jobs at the time of installation with a special impregnating sealant.  For detail information regarding sealing, refer to the care and maintenance section of our website, or feel free to contact us.
